Through a process of one to one interviews and a specially developed suite of on-line tools, we provide a detailed "Report & Recommendations".

However, experience has thought us that by merely delivering a Report and Recommendations and expecting the necessary changes and improvements to be implemented is simply not good enough anymore.

We work with you as a client partner over 6-9 months to ensure that the necessary changes and improvements are embedded within the business.

The process includes:

• the identification and placement of a suitably experienced Intern within your business
• the delivery of the Change Programme under our guidance and supervision as outlined in the Report and Recommendations
• regular meetings with us through the Implementation Phase to ensure that the agreed new practices are embedded in your business.
